I haul slag here on the southside of Chicago and in N.W. Indiana and finding locations to bring the slag is becoming harder and harder. I have been taking it to truck parking lots, using as temp. roadways, taking it to scrap yards and junk yards. I was just wondering what places others are doing with their slag and the locations your taking it.
Also a mix of the slag dust and the mills red dust just bonds to just about everything. The aluminum wheels are getting bad and harder to keep clean, anybody know a good trick or cleaner to remove this crap?!?!?!
