I am at the point that I think I need to make a change, but I know nothing about the others in the office.
Long story short, my ICA moved on to sales or something within the company. In over two years, all was perfect.
Now, I have a new ICA, who came over from being a DBL. The guy is driving me nuts and sends out more messages in a week than I am used to seeing from my former ICA in an entire year. The two ICR's are perfect when it comes to dealing with any issues, but the new ICA is over the top annoying.
I am about one more major issue from leaving, if things don't change.
So, any of you ever fire an ICA? Got any good recommendations? LOL
Anybody ever fired their ICA?

My previous ICA left for some other position in the company. Was similar to what you have now.
New ICA was a DBL, now all is quiet. Never hear from him. No more 3+ messages a day saying the same crap and telling you what you already know.
Kind of a good thing too, talked to the guy once and what a jerk. -
What OC you running out of?
-
I bet you he's out of Charlotte lol @rickybobby

So, how's it been coming back too SNI?

Ok I'm out of charlotte. Are the messages helpful? I don't mind them sending me weather messages. I was talking to another driver a while back. Your board probably have a lot of problems with drivers.

@rickybobby it's been cool... Im finding that my usual southeast runs are getting less and less and I have been running up Midwest more.. I don't like the weather up that way but every week there are a1000 loads. Can't be picky lol
