ya before the flip floppers Trucking had the naked drivers or the slobs. People keep forgetting patterns in life. The idiocy never goes away, it morphs.

I wear high heels with the heel snapped off. I love the sexy look and tight fit…..the heel tears up the flooring.

Hey anybody can do what they want to do but really I think it's best to wear shoes.

One day I was driving down the road and I just looked over and I saw a car was on fire.

I jumped out and grabbed my fire extinguisher and I put the fire out.

I could see me barefoot. Jumping out of the cab doing a dance on the hot asphalt, can't get too close to the car cuz my feet are hot I'm going to step on something. Can't really be very effective.

Or I could just see me saying okay let me come to a stop and then I'll put my right shoe on and I'll put my left shoe on and I'll tie my shoelaces and next thing you know the fire burns out of control by the time I get to it and I can't put the fire out.

It's your decision do whatever you feel you have to do but I think it's kind of a matter of responsibility. When you are driving you are working not lounging around at home watching television. You don't think the day will ever come that you need to move quickly and won't have time to put your shoes on but if you think about that to me it sounds sort of silly.

It's an emergency! Okay hold on a minute I'm going to put my shoes on...

We may all hate or make fun of things we don’t or wouldn’t do, but in reality true freedom is doing what ever you feel like according to the 10 commandments and the Bible, for me anyways.

It looks like your pedals are dirty so you're probably dragging that dirt into your bed, but everyone has their own levels of clean.

I like to wear slippers when I drive. Very comfortable. I'll put on tennis shoes when I get out of the truck. If it's real bad winter weather, I have nice winter boots.

I also wear gym shorts/basketball shorts when I drive as well. It's hilarious to hear all the old timers talk about dressing up "professionally" when driving a truck, as if it matters in the least what your attire is when your by yourself going down the highway lol. If it's more comfortable driving barefoot, I say drive away. I know I'm going to keep on wearing my comfy slippers when I drive, that's for sure.

Slip on boots exist for a reason. Nobody's got time to tie shoes when waking up at 2 am to take a leak.

I never wear shoes in my vehicles, my shoes come off at top step and are set on a towel. Sorry scuzzy ### truckers and bodily fluids on lots and restrooms. I try my hardest to keep that crap out of my house

There a bunch of us out here I am OCD
I can have a truck 10 years and it will look and smell like new. No footwear is allowed unless it is wrapped in towels. Even the shop guys at the dealer wear booties over their boots.
