Southard you were not there at site when prank happened so how can you be sure what actually went down? I dont think the true story will ever be known. Doesnt matter what husband (who doesnt want to get in trouble) or the guy who also said it was out of proportion (could of been in cohorts with husband). If you werent there youll never know.

As funny as I think the porta crapper thing is, and it is funny, that story will keep him out of just about all the mega-crap companies. Jokester need not apply at the mega-crap. Not only do they have no sense of humor, they are scared to death of workers comp. claims and lawsuits. They screw up enough without a jokesters help. Any incident evolving equipment or a truck is a big red flag. Any potential workers comp. claim will send company safety and recruiting into orbit.

Either hide the story or apply to a better class of company.
