Anybody run?

Used to be in to running a couple years back. Usually ran 25k+ every week. Biggest event I've ever done was a half marathon so far.

I'd like to take a crack at this one day:
Sinister Sports

 

One of the ladies that works for the school board, her family started that death race.
They sold it to a corporate entity some years ago. She still pre runs sections of the course each year to make sure its viable for the racers.
It would certainly kill me.

 

I'am not a runner any more .. I use to do the iron man
Which went alittle something like this
Oh S### ! my husband's home early .. so I would jump out bed .. grab my pants & shirt & boots ...put my paints on while try'n to get to the bedroom window & not get my willie caught in the zipper bail out the 2nd story window and high step through the rose garden while try'n not trip.. and get out range of a .38 and sight then run a 3 mile sprint through a obstacle course of ditchs & brush & backyards to the pot hole filled gravel parking lot of the fuel stop where my truck was ..
I highly recommend comfortable boots & dark colored shirts if you choose to participate

 

I said to her when I was gathering up my clothes .. " why didn't you tell me you was hitched ?
She said .. I reckon cause you didn't ask me and knowing you it wouldn't mattered anyhow

 

Funny how the man always gets his ### kicked but more often than not he probably has no idea she's married. She, however, DOES know that she's married.

 

I'd been doing her for like 7 or 8 mths when that happened .. its not like it was a 1 & done deal.. how does something like that slip your mind ??
