Is there anyone who has neck, shoulder, upper back, lower back, or knee pain etc? How do you manage? Does trucking make it worse?
Thank you

I had intense lower back pain at my old job. It turns out working 70 hours per week while completely stressed out and hating your job makes your lower back muscles clench.
At the new job, the back pain is mostly gone. If I get stiff, I take Motrin or Tylenol. No more doctor visits. -
I am determined to truck. I have a strong soul. But my body is letting me down. My neck hurts
bzinger and LtlAnonymous Thank this. -
Well what's wrong with your neck? Is it a spinal problem, or a muscle problem?bzinger Thanks this.

Accident caused whiplash. Had mild disc degeneration. Accident caused the symptoms. Neurolgist did his tests on me and concluded it is muscular. 11 months have passed and the pain is still there. A friend says I should be patient and give my body 18 more months.Brettj3876 and LtlAnonymous Thank this.
