    Lol. I never said it was just Mexicans. I used them as the most obvious example of lax enforcement. And for the record, nothing wrong with what they are doing.

    Put your race card away hombre. You ever driven through cali? A lot of the junk trucks on the road are being piloted by Mexicans. Take a cruise through the Fresno area sometime. That's a fact.

    Don’t have to take a cruise to Fresno, there all down here in SoCal. I see them all day long. What gets me, I paid lots of $$$$ for my retrofit and these individuals that are cheating the system are getting away with it, basically disconnecting there Speedo. And there just not “Mexicans”, there every race you can think off. So choose your words wisely friend.
