mh60l you dont have a clue as to what you are talking about, first you cant compare any freightliner ,volvo, international to the resale of a pete or kw.that is a fact, and at 8.5 percent interest its not that bad.i run a 2000 freightliner classic with ablebody sleeper,14 years old make great money with it,you keep it up not a big deal you make enough money to keep it up also no big deal,go blow smoke up somebody else ### not mine

I didn't say you can't make money with a 2000 year truck. You can loose your ### with a 2000 year truck you know nothing about though. There is not a thirteen year old truck that is truly worth thirty thousand dollars, Pete, KW, or otherwise. I buy Freightliner because below the body the trucks are exactly the same. It is a business tool and chrome and a square hood does not make a penny more than any other truck. Good luck with your purchase.

Actually, there are tons of trustworthy 2000 year trucks for $30k. At that price, they will be basically rebuilt from the frame up.

You can easily loose more money on a 2005+ Noel truck with all the emissions and electronics. Just a DPF cleaning will cost you about $3,000.

The best truck to buy is one with lots of paperwork and history. But I will never buy a truck with a 2004+ model year engine.

Pay CASH or wait till you save enough of your money for a truck...Don't be a SLAVE to the BANKS and INS Companies..Not to mention the Interest rates...
