That little round mirror works well on your truck, but it's worthless if you've got an oversize, wide and tall load on your trailer... like I often do... lol

That's pretty fancy (the more mirrors the merrier).

Wherever I go, if there are people behind me and I'm driving at the speed limit or below, you can bet that they are working hard at finding a way around me. They work even harder at it when I'm stopped in the middle of the road. If there's a clear path around me, you can bet that there are no cars behind my stopped truck.

I don't allow that. I always park in such a manner that I cannot be blocked by anyone else. If someone blocks me, then it would have to have been a deliberate act that could not have been prevented. Always think ahead.

Would be interesting to see how accurate they are. I was driving in upstate New York today, and I saw a NYDOT truck under an overpass, and the employee was measuring the clearance at the fog line with a measuring stick. I'd think that if the range finders were anywhere near close to being accurate that they'd be using one instead. Much less work.

Well, that's nice there's never traffic behind you when backing against it (which I try to avoid in the first place), and that thinking ahead makes everyone else have good judgement (all of a sudden), I'll have to enable those settings on my GPS, and turn on its hidden inclinometer feature too. I don't know... if nobody's mentioned it before, maybe nobody's tried it.
