If you’re involved in a fatality accident right now you are held personally responsible. So what about all the other examples of government regulation that aren’t addressed in the constitution? You never addressed those, only hours worked no matter the job. And when a pilot makes a mistake and takes a plane down and kills himself and 300 people on board how is he held responsible after the fact?

How are they held responsible now with hours regulations, take the plane crash in France a couple years ago, for instance. Planes are a little different story you can't just find someplace and take a nap real well. What other government regulations are talking about, the FDA joke that that is?
