Anyone Else Done Using Love’s?

Yep - Loves and all those big places I’ve so far not stopped at once in my first year and a half as an O/O. I can’t support that crud. It’s laughable that you can stop at the $4.05 Mega-stop, or cross the street and get $3.20 at Casey’s or Kwik Star with Mudflap.

Even with 75 trucks, I am sure your company does not pay pump price. I am an O/O with 1 truck and I don't pay pump price.

 

Kwik Trip in Wisconsin is starting to gouge to , beers a dollar more than other places.

 

I use Love's exclusively for tire jobs, if any, otherwise filling up sometimes just enough to get to my "pit stops" where I get full tanks. Shower? There are plenty at mom and pop's stops, just have to know. Like in Henderson NE $5 to get one with savings over Love's 40-50 bux per 100 gallons, but most of them free with fill up.

 

I make my own, comes out $1 a pack, so I care less)

 

Even though it appears that me is a yesterday's driver, yet never had noticed it as well. If I need one (shower), just fill up as much, as needed to get it at the stop that has those wet running water cabins, not a big loss.

 

Not really good at that either, they take the last persons towels do a swipe and wipe and use sludge to mop floors with.
Carry you a bottle of bleach water and spray it down. And own towels

 

Kwik stars are great. Better food choices and showers at the ones that have them are $8.00.
