The letter sent to everyone did not mention

You said "according to the documents we cannot exceed a payment of 20,000" this is just lawyer tricks, that is why there is the up-and-coming fairness hearing to argue your claim, if you can show say 10 trucking jobs you did not get (phone records will suffice) because of bad reports from USIS/HIreRight AND you can show you sought to correct these bad reports via letter etc. AND your lawyer can argue it I would not be a bit surprised to come out with 100 grand.

Everybody get together and seek out an local attorney in the Richmond Area that will take our direct claims, don't bother looking for an attorney that practices in consumer law which is the field of this type litigation ANY lawyer, thanks.

You sound like the class attorneys, do I sound like an idiot to you ?, it's so A typical for truck drivers to do nothing, I can't even file all my counts because Vonage wont release my phone records I'm just trying to help people that keep asking me stuff about this, please don't patronize my efforts.

 

Ctops I only supplied the link so that you may have information that I have been studying from the website this is how I found out that the settlement is way more than our notice states it to be.

 

I've had posts deleted off CL for no reason at all. All someone has to do is spam the report button and it'll knock your posts off. Other than that, if you had that many ads for the same thing posted, you could have gotten yourself branded a pest. The rules are one ad reposted every 10 days or two weeks if I remember right.

 

Money plays in the equation on this issue, I use a Topix thread it's unmoderated sometimes which has not got me a call as I made one last ditch effort to try and get counsel.

 

I got the posts out I guess there is not attorneys that don't wont to get their paralegal to inquire about 33 1/3 % of 28 million dollars, I'm no attorney so any responses that tend to seem like counseling is not, I do have legal training that I can't elaborate on.

Richmond attorneys, DC attorneys all of them none want 20 or 30 grand.
