Anyone else get a class action form about DAC/HireRight lawsuit?

How can i join this c,a,ls ?? I've got two companys who did me wrong but i've never heard of any of this until today?

I got one of those letters too. Well now it's 2013 and I have yet to hear anything else about it. I had some issues on my report as well and I fill out the form and sent it back in but, I have not heard from them. Has anyone gotten any funds yet? Is there a link out there we can go to see what to do next? What about the fund manger's? What is it we need to do? Should we just keep waiting? I seen that we can request one free copy of our DAC from HireRight. I have requested one too. What should we do??

 

There was a time limit. I think that has come and went. I got $18 and change. Get your DAC fixed. If there is a problem after the expiration you may be able to sue whoever put the lies on your report. I'm not a lawyer, but I do drive a truck!

 

A time limit?? Well, I did reply to the letter the law firm sent out notifying us about the case. Guess I really need to know if anyone know the people to contact to see what funds they would be holding for us. If anyone could share a link or some phone numbers it would be helpful.
