Anyone else going through batteries

    I know that we replaced them once a year on the trucks that get used a lot. We did have one truck with a bad electrical draw that we ended up putting three sets in it in one year. Thankfully we no longer have that truck.

    Ya, it's a giant capacitor inside. It can deliver 1,800 cranking amps for 3 seconds and takes 15 minutes to
    recharge. Very cool stuff!!

    I have 4 Interstates in my Freightliner. Dated early 2011, starting to get weak. Trucks has been doing alot of sitting lately for a couple weeks at a time and wont start now without a jump when its cold. Going to replace them with the same batteries. Always had good luck with Interstate. Got 10 years out of the pair in my F350
