Anyone else here wear a pedometer?

    You may be surprised just how inactive you are. I wear one everyday and it has been a very useful tool. I walk for at least 45 minutes almost every day with a goal of 10,000 steps. On the days I just drive and don't get any walking in my steps are around 5,000. If anyone is interested in a good brand Ormon makes a very accurate one.

    Anyone interest in posting daily steps as a way to encourage each other?

    I just started wearing a pedometer. It's a really good idea. I have been gaining weight like crazy since I've been tagging along and I feel like I challenge myself to move more when I have a counter on my hip. I'd post steps with you!

    Hi Blondieridingshotgun, Thanks for the response to my post. For the month of June I increased my daily goal to 12,000. Yesterday 16,371.
