What did he think you were going to do, just roll down the road without one to your next stop and hope they were the understanding type?

He said he'd give me a new seal... I have white wave seals.

I wanted him to sign the paperwork stating a new seal number for chain of custody.

Plus I'm worried about the load anyways because my box temp was almost 50 on a 25 set point due to it sitting in the dock for ever.

I got it now, I misunderstood what you meant before. I am easily confused some times.... Most times actually.

Gotta love those Wally World lumpers and their paid-by-the-hour-so-let's-milk-the-clock-and-F-the-driver attitude.

As for the original subject, I didn't read every post. In case no one brought this up, caffeine has approximately a 6-hour half life.

For example, if I plan on shutting it down at 2300, I avoid all caffeine products past 1700.

If I absolutely must drink some coffee past that time, I'll have 30 percent max my usual serving.

Even chocolate has some caffeine in it from the cocoa, so I avoid those as well. And regular exercise helps me relax but I know that's a dirty word among some drivers.

That's about how 359's look with one. It's the difference in the hood length.

Caffeine detox. This is easier said than done. When home, I drink one 16 oz cup in the morning and that's it. This makes my body more receptive to caffeine when I hit the road.

A dark and cool environment also helps. This isn't always possible, I know.

You can also get a podcast or audio book in the most boring subject imaginable and listen to it. Whatever subject you find sleep-inducing.

If surfing the web before bed, the blue light from the screen can trick your brain into thinking it's day time and suppresses serotonin, an important hormone for sleep. You can install apps that reduce the blue light. I have one on my laptop and my phone and it works.

People who look for a magic bullet are going to be disappointed. It's many little things that add up to give a desired result.
