Anyone experienced with Shaffer?

    Nope not at all. Your there to make a living not live for your employer. I quit a driving job just because of a bad manager , really bad. After i quit and left 3 separate managers from the company called me up to try and get me back. All 3 said why didnt you just tell us you werent happy with your DM and we could have just switched you to another one ???

    Just as an update. Everything is fine now, turns out he was just under a DM for new guys. After completing his 60 day initiation period (which he recently completed) they began giving him longer hauls and west routes. Currently going from Indiana to Washington state (2100 miles I think). :)

    Good deal, hope it goes well. They called me the other day and offered a lot more cpm than I make now. If I can get longer runs a lot of the times I might consider them. Have a friend of a friend who is doing good there. Good luck!
