Anyone have Regional Dry Bulk Experience?

    How do u guys feel about cpm pay with 20 an hour after 2 hr wait?

    I can't speak for dry bulk, but I did regional petroleum. Get HazMat, tank, and TWIC. Most fuel positions are home daily, the catch being you may have to start working nights and weekends. The work was % based, with hourly pay for waiting at the rack or at a station. I did this both as a company driver and O/O. Never did more than 2,000 a week for miles. Pay varied on your loads and FSC.

    Depends on how much cpm is, almost all places you have to give them 2 hrs before they pay detention, although for loading with us we only have to give an hr. Also would there be any other incentives? like breakdown, load, unload, or any other extras. Would determine how much someone would like that or not.

    cpm is 45 loaded 38 unloaded - no load or unload unless over 2 hrs. There is breakdown pay but I believe thats it
