the are ghetto, i didn't finish orientation because a man and his woman I think wife got into a verbal then physical altercation while I was at their terminal. the head boss lady literally when and broke up a fight like a ####ing bouncer. i was like what the actual ####.. apparently those happening were on a regular

 

I don't think I'd judge a company harshly because a couple of knuckle draggers got into a fight.
Props to the boss lady for breaking it up.
Now, if she'd pulled a gun and shot both the trouble makers it might be a different story.

As a kid? Yes. As an adult? No. Some people don't know what being an adult means. Trailer trash and ghetto slugs screw things up for everyone. I can't blame the guy for leaving. It sounds like a toxic atmosphere.

 

I respect your opinion but we come from different environments. In my work it's not unusual for two guys to settle things with their fists. It's not encouraged and it usually gets at least one person fired but it still happens.
I usually try to deescalate a situation where the guys want to fight by telling them to wait until they get off work. It gives them some time to cool off too.
I doubt if any of our employees would appreciate being classed as trailer trash and ghetto slugs. LOL...If you were face to face with any of them and called them that we'd see how far your non aggression beliefs take you.
