Anyone know about this accident?

I made a sarcastic remark once here on TTR about an accident like that once. I was read the riot act by some folks. I was told accidents do happen and did I ever make a mistake. I thought about for about 2 seconds and responded rather professionally that yes accidents do happen, but in 31 years of driving my life away I have never had one. Then someone came back and told me I was just lucky. Made me think maybe they were right but then I quickly realized luck has nothing to do with it.
