I somehow managed to get two interviews next week at two different greyhounds. Now I've had my cdl six months and from what I read when applying it said I just needed to be 22 and be able to obtain a cdl (class b) but my concern is it said I needed 3 years driving experience so I'm kinda confused?? If you're able to obtain your cdl through their schooling how do they expect you to have 3 years experience ?

Did it say class A or B experience, or just driving experience?

Driving a car for 3 years may be all they require.

It says 3 years commercial or private and I'm not sure what private means

It said class D for (dog). I gotta tell ya. That's a tough job. Them Greyhounds are fast dogs. And I always came in last place. Plus no one will bet on you. Pay is terrible. Sorry guys....I couldn't help myself lol

Yea, 21 Buckaroo's with only six months experience.. Not too shabby. And you get to keep same routes, I assume? Not bad..not bad. I'd say go for it. If that doesn't go well, ...well, you can come sleep with us out here at the truck stops where you won't have hotties boarding your bus.

He's talking about Greyhound. There is not a snowball's chance in Hell that a 'hottie' is going to get on his bus. Stop giving him false hopes.

I heard that drivers for Greyhound are looked at the same way as drivers for JBHunt.
