That sounds like an ad to sign up for the service, even while complaining about the increased demand and cost to them.

You don't sign up for their service. You don't contact them unless/until you need them and I hope none of us ever do.

Good to know. They rely on outside sources for funding and then provide it when asked for?
It seems a lost cause because there are certain people and places that still fight against the common safeguards.
A face mask, properly worn, is one.
In most places I have been most employees only have the mask covering their mouth. As do many others.
Totally ineffective.
Today in Kansas I went in to a truck stop and no employee was wearing a mask.
I asked why and was told that it is up to the county to place the restriction, and then up to the place of business. They decided not to.
I wear the mask, properly, out of common courtesy - not because I am afraid of getting it or transmitting it.
Heck, I'm pretty sure I got it back in June or July.
But so many ignore the safety aspect and don't even care.
