    Do not sign the one year contract if it has the following in it:

    1) $35/50 deductions when you pick up/drop off from Highlight Terminals
    2) $50-100 Bi-weekly deductions for insurance because you're a new driver.
    3) If they don't give you an incentive to sign the 1 year contract (usually an extra 2 cents)
