Anyone know what kind of data customs gathers at checkpoints ?

    Started this Laredo run Jan 1st and up till a few weeks ago they would ask me if I was an American citizen and anyone else in the truck , then bam a few weeks ago no ?s just wave me thru and look bored when they see me lol

    They already know who u r....the infared flash before u got there&goin down south past there....reads your tag and ids ya....its all right there on the laptop in front of him....the questions r typicallly to give rin tin tin time to sniff ya out....i typically go thru 3-4 x a month....roll up w/bunk lite on....openin door as I get to em and its a quick wave...

    I always wondered why they took pictures going towards the border. I guess they want to know who's coming AND going.

    I payed more attention to guy on the platform as I came into the NB Laredo checkpoint yesterday afternoon and sure enough as I approached he ducked his head into the little shack and he just waved me thru .
