I'm just curious if the macks are as finicky as the volvo trucks with hid kits? Specifically a 2012 vision. Do they have canbus (bulb out lights) and require extra voltage draw to be added.

    Any problems with the drl?

    Thanks in advance.

Same issues as with a Volvo. Some bulb kits contain proper resistor to fool vecu.

If you have projection lights, then put the HID kit in. If you have regular old lights, don't, you will be blinding people with illegal lamps.

They are illegal either way and my personal opinion on the subject of hid in reflectors is neither here nor there as it is not my truck. Just looking for the technical responses here.
