    To be reimbursed for a motel you have to arrange the expense in advance and be issued a PO# for it.
    Then it will be reimbursed.

    You can not just go out on your own and get a room, expecting to scan in the bill and be reimbursed.

    There are procedures you have to follow, and then you won't have the problems.
