It's all about the attitude...Celadon needs to stop hire children to operate there equipment...Also stop hire criminals...Get ride of those drivers and peps in the office who stopped giving a ####....It all starts from the top..come on celadon let's get it done...Get through it,find away to fix it...Yup....Yeah FreightRover up and running..nothing comes easy, plan, plan ahead, loads come and go.Never stop looking..its all about hard work,attitude,patience...Look and kept looking,or you can complain about it,have someone do all the work for you...ATTITUDE,that's the answer peace good luck
How does that 10% deadhead rule work? Does it mean they won't let you DH more than 3 miles to pick up a 30 mile run?
Correct. 600 miles = 60 1000 miles = 100 This company is a joke. The board is at an all time low. I believe they are trying to get rid of lease operators I believe.
Wow, that's weak. My last place I could find triplets of say 3 loads 30 miles each paying 175 a pop, all same shipper and reciever. 525 in revenue on 150 total miles, not a bad day with such low cost, but apparently highly illegal under Celadon rules.
You can do it, you just have to have your DM have the planner manually assign the loads to your truck. The crappie thing about is by the time the planner gets the message, the load is usually taken off the board by some other driver or broker.
There's some talk of people booking outside freight. I heard they shut off your fuel card if you do. But do they still apply the DH restriction too?
