I doubt anything will be fixed anytime soon. After watching and listening to this video it makes sense with the abundance of Chameleon Carriers. Newby drivers and New Authority Operators believe they can do great as a maturity living off the Spot Market alone but how against those Carriers using a Trucking Company as a Front? Those Chameleon Carriers can haul for $1.20 cpm, $0.95 cpm or even a super bottom low $0.80 cpm keeping the rates down pushing the hardworking independent ones out the door.

It seems unless the majority of the states pull over trucks nothing will end.

Once you factor in an illegal organization running off of $1 million, $3 million or even $15 million plus a few cheap trucks running subpar cheap loads as a 'cover' against a Independent running 1 to 5 trucks on the same rates. That legit Independent is finished within 6 months in comparison.
