In Salt Lake City waiting for a load out, hopefully going west. Drove a few hundred miles on my first run. Like all students, can't downshift. But everything else going good. Ready to hit the road and get some more time behind the wheel.

Guys.... I want to apologize for my posts here on this topic. It was very arrogant and prideful on my part and i am sorry for it. It's just that I have heard a lot of bad things about Prime for many years from not only current drivers but ex drivers as well and i was just trying to point that out. But i did so in a completely improper way.
Some of you here have called me on this,in regards to my sig and your right. It is not an example of a Good Christian to come across this way to others and i thank you for reminding me that.skellr, OpenRoadDreamer, Medic10 and 2 others Thank this. -
Apology accepted.
garciamag and Carolina Thunder Thank this. -
In Vegas, just unloaded at 90. Headed to Henderson for penny slots and casino buffet, then load and headed to Pennsylvania. After 2 weeks on the road, I have about 45 hours driving time and am finally getting the downshifting. I am truly enjoying the experience and even though I missy 4 kids some kind of bad, I know I am doing what's best for us all. Just about everyone I have met at Prime has been extremely nice and very encouraging.
garciamag Thanks this. -
Dont lose too many of your pennies lol . Not too many more hours and you can come back n test out for your cdl. Then back out as a trainee, instead of a student.

Had a nice break at the casino. $6 for great buffet and fed about $8 in the slots. Ready to hit the road now.
