I mean, if I had that kind of money to put on a dream car, I would much rather have a high dollar fully restored muscle-car-era car. The value would hold and I would feel much better driving it around.
Back when they brought the challenger back the first dealership that I went to look at one, asked for a bundle over MSRP. I laughed and told him I wasn't even going to pay That! He responded that I won't be getting one anyplace unless I pay over by a substantial amount. Went back 2 days later in my new challenger walked in and showed him the paperwork showing him I did indeed pay less than MSRP. That dealership is now out of business and we have purchased 2 new trucks from the other place since. Drove by with the first truck to show him he lost not only that sale but the repeat business just before he went Under!
I like to tell people I am the nicest A hole you will ever Meet! But you won't be confused why I am treating you like a turd that just dropped out of ONE!
https://www.cnbc.com/2022/08/15/dodge-challenger-charger-to-be-discontinued-in-2023.html Doing away with the challenger and charger to concentrate on the new electric vehicles. I don’t like this new world lol.
I am old enough and have enough spares that I shouldn't have to worry about it. Might pick up one more used car for just in case but I don't plan on buying anything new from now on. Just not impressed with all the electronics and gizmoes.
Lynching is still in style around there? Poor young man. I bought a Ford Fusion 10 years ago. Well made car, except for the steer box. It was painted in Metallic Black.
