Anyone with a 4CK cat engine?

Builds 15 pounds of boost with 30 psi of fuel pressure. I cant find any mechanics close to me in Wyoming that dont just want to pull the electric of and convert into mechanical.

 

I don't have SIS anymore to confirm but 30 PSI fuel pressure seems a tad low.

 

30 psi of fuel pressure is ok running down the road. 15 lbs of boost is gonna be the BTM stepper motor. It controls rack travel

 

Where is that on the pump?

 

Well I changed that and it still only does 15 lbs of boost. It pretty much a gutless turd.

 

Then put a manual pump on it.

 

Where is your shop at. Or are you not in business. I would bring it to you to try to fix if your not all the way across the country.

Okay what would rough estimate be to make it mechanical if this couldnt be fixed.
