You think this is far-fetched and not possible, but 50 years ago, I would never have thought that a lot of the things around today would ever come about. The thing is, I was wrong; they did. I have been saying this now for several years. Before long, a driver of a CMV will not be able to operate the rig until a short health exam has taken place. AI looks into the eyes, sees a problem, bang, you ain't going anywhere. A simple but effective Sphygmomanometer will be developed to check blood pressure, BP too high, bang, you ain't going anywhere. Soon, AI will develop to the point that it can sense stress just from your voice. These inward-facing cameras are only the beginning. Before long, I can see sensors all over a terminal, especially in the driver areas that can smell alcohol.
