I do reps with my one gallon water jug to help keep me awake on those long stretches between towns through Wyoming.

Not sure about hitting a gym,but there was a Iranian gentleman doing pushups in the dock parking lot the other day and I used to see a driver with a bicycle strapped to his catwalk.He would ride the heck out of that thing ...in the parking lot at 5am ...still dark out.Im saying prisoners on 23 hour " lockdown" workout in a 6×8 cell.Id say its possible to stay in shape.JMOBigDog Trucker Thanks this.

If you dont have one. Just look around the edges of the truck stop. Might be a little yellow from ageing in the sun but will accomplish the same results.

50 pushups, 30 sit-ups and 20 up downs daily and if you can find a chin-up bar — at least 10. Don’t need a gym and you can eat roller dogs— I prefer Maverick cheddar wurst wraps — they don’t lie — much.

There are a few good body weight apps that I’m thinking may be good.

I tried working out while driving OTR. Got in a bad wreck. Now I just keep it to driving when I'm driving.

Seriously.... You can... just find what works for you. -
How is that going for you now? I feel as though that might be tough to do. What about a program that you could do in or around your truck?
