I remember @TripleSix saying he's had to do securement tests for employment purposes. Maybe there should be a flatbed endorsement on your license. Right next to the standard tranny endorsement.
Aww, only got your auto? No flatbed for you son.

Loading a RollsRoyce aircraft engine, another driver was picking up an engine. He flung a chain over the top. I went screaming at him before he could grab a binder.

@passingthru69 had to also. They're not going to give just anyone a $60million load. It's not always the size, its the value thats most important. But with the boneheads that can't/refuse to load at the ports, cant read permits, sign, and maps, something will happen.

Yep Six is correct. I had to take classes some. When I hired on with them, I got bumped to class 1A right away. But they checked doubled checked on me before I hired on. I took Schnauble class for all 3 tower sections. Even my wife tookthe steering class. She passed with an 85. No drivers license cost her points
Now the funny thing was even after I owned my own multi axle trl. I had to take a class on setup and teardown. Plus how to install a deck insert. I took that class when I came in with a deck I needed to pull out. Lol
Plus took their forklift class. Was certified from 5k to 30k forklifts

Sad thing is; he can go thru half a dozen scales and just keep rolling. We have all seen it, the truck ahead of us just roll right past the scale window and you just shake your head in amazement.
