I do not condone yelling at anyone it is un healthy,degrading,humiliating,and insulting.
I have read all the post on this thread,I have also seen that you have not replied to any comments to defend your self OP,so i would have to assume that what Hurst had to say was truth.
An you need to work on your self TOO.
Number one get off the dope if you are on it.
Number 2 take constructive criticism.
Number 3 you are a man act like one, an man up and make your self better.
Number 4 if your having issues in life get help,so you can learn more and not get mad when people are trying to help you an show you something.
we do not need unstable drivers like your self on the roads,it is a hazard to everyone in the motoring public and the other truckers .
This goes for your OLD Boss what an unpleasant man,I would hate to be his wife if i was a female.
I run a business also,and have stress, but i do not take it out on others, I talk about it.
Get help super trucker company owner.
You along with other companies should not be taking financial advantage of the less fortunate in the industry,and making them run like a dog for not a lot of money and illegally. If you treat people well and not take advantage of them PEOPLE WILL STAY WITH YOU AND DANM NER DO ANYTHING TO BE LOYAL, and then stay with you for years,AND THAT IS IN YOUR ADVANTAGE TOO
I had been out for 16 years,and back in it,kinda,I got screwed by the Mexicans in MN and they did not pay me,from last july still waiting I needed recent experience or course ##### insurance co,but they were the one to first hire me since they could F me over.I wont get my last pay check . BUT I WILL BE DANM IF I STEP DOWN AN WORK FOR SOME OUTFIT LIKE YOURS,the mexicans at least treated me good,even when they were lying to me lol.I will wait until the right time comes. I been waiting since july to get in to a lease purchase with my friend ,well end of DEC-12 we finely found a truck. now waiting for him to get some issues worked out and some incident that happen in his business,then I will be on the road again. In the mean time i am running my heating and air and appliance repair bussiness.
I picked that up when i LOST MY LICENSE in 96.I use to drink a lot .I did a lot of personal reform.
so I had work to fall back on so I do not have to go to the swift,werner and the man in WA state.
LIke one poster said theres Burger king for now. I would rather work there if it was my last resort,then stand bent over for people like this man in WA state and the big rip off outfits holding a shaft with no 15-40 oil on it.
As far as people having to work for People like this Wa state outfit, All companies need to get there stuff together and make the insurance company KNOW WHO PAYS THEM AND WHO DICTATES THE RULES FOR HIRING,NOT THE INSURANCE DICTATING THE RULES.then more people can be hired again by respectable companies,rather then having to resort to out fits like the one in WA state,that were talking about
