If you are in pretty good shape you should be ok. Since you are 23 your target heart rate is 177. Breathe slow, no caffeine and don't stress. I really don't think you have to worry.

 

I would really like to know the purpose of these pre screen tests that more and more companies are doing. I think it's stupid that they want the heart rate to be target rate and not the maximum rate. Schneider makes you do this step step test for 1 minute and the girl that was supervising me wanted me to go at break neck speed which was faster than how it was done in their training video
