Home Depot set this in their contract. You can delv early to some places, thing is many Home Depots can be a cluster and drivers arriving early in the past have clogged the stores. I have had my dm remove a service failure, I still have one for arriving 1 hour early and it was not noted in the driver notes not to send arrive call early for a owens corning load I picked up for a driver who brought it to a yard late. Still pissed off about that one.

SVR failure is the missing of an appointment. Since it is a D/H and showed 00:00 their is no set time of delivery. If you did your QComm messages showing you arrived this shows your DM when you got there. Unless the facility has the rule of no early drops. But, on a D/H it should not matter.

Sometimes when they show 00:00 on the orginal message no appointment time has been set as of the picking up of the load and your DM should send you a message of when a appointment time has been send by the facility, but again a D/H does not require a appointment time.

I suspect you got an appointment time, but your DM failed to notify you via the QC and your D/H may have been set to a live unload.

So long as you have the QC and did not get an appointment time I would bring it to the attention of the Supervisor to have them see where the ball was dropped.

Drop and hook early is a no no? So much for making yourself available for plus one. Definition of plus one... You can go to your schedualed home time after one more load.

If you had 00;00 that means appointment was not set just yet. If it was target then you are screwed if you delivered at 20;00. target you cannot deliver early even if you are told to do so on phone. better have it over qualcomm or SF....

Not much you can do as far as appeal on Target

Well, the good news is, its getting removed... Bad news I had my first backing accident tonight. I did everything I was supposed to do. I even got out and looked sent the goal and everything. What I failed to realize was my trailer bumper was hooked under the other tractors fairing. So when I pulled forward, I tore the back end of it. No one was hurt, but I did wake the poor guy up. I'm really disgusted with my self. I've gotten in tighter spaces with no issue. I know I'm a safe fever but my confidence us really shot right now. I hope to feel better in the morning. Im just thankful, it was just that and not the fuel tank.

If you call a customer and get an OK on early delivery? Get their name and send a free form message with that info.

    Lazy DM syndrome.........

Yeah it sucks.. I'm just glad it didn't hit the fuel tank and no one was hurt. From what I understand this is considered minor incident and that I'll still have my job. Might have to take a class, that has to be determined by safety dept. I know Swift now owns my soul for the next year or two because of it most likely being a preventable. Luckily I have had 3 passed DOT inspections and 100% on 2 IMDS So my csa score hasnt majorly damaged. I just need to remain positive, stop beating myself up and move forward.
