Ehh, I have a Note 4 and iPad Air. Since my iPad doesn't fit in my pocket I prefer a large screen phone I can take everywhere.

    Different strokes ...

What's funny is, I all but quit wearing watches about 20 yrs ago when I got my first cell phone and decided I did not need to have two timepieces on me. I think the new smart watches are interesting, just not enough for me to go buy one and start wearing a watch again. I'm surprised it's taken this long for them to come out on the market.

Not to mention, yet another gadget to keep charged and updated, then replace every year or two when a newer/thinner/lighter/faster one comes out, or is required to run the latest updated software. No thanks. I'll just admire someone else's Apple watch LOL

Exactly... Since I don't wish to carry my iPad in my pocket, my 4S works perfectly in my pocket... Strongly agree, different strokes... Cheers!!!

If I can't easily and comfortably hold and text with it in one hand, and if it looks like I'm talking to a shoe box lid up side my head (if I don't have my bluetooth headset), and if I can't easily wear it on my side or in my pocket and "work" with it there without damaging it, I want nothing to do with it. I wan't something that can perform all the non-laptop communication and messaging functions in a small form-factor. I will do everything else on a 15inch laptop. I have no use for a third device that is in between a laptop and a smartphone, and I have no use for an overpriced watch that keeps tapping my wrist and replicates my smartphone. I hate replication. It makes no sense and it's not "smart".

Like was said ... "different strokes"

I totally get the one handed text factor, if I didn't have huge hands I wouldn't own a Note 4. I can use mine one handed now, it took some time getting used to and again that's only because I have large hands.

However being damaged in your pocket is a non factor. They aren't popular because they are constantly breaking while in someone's pocket.

I found a plastic shell for my iPhone5 that clips into another shell that clips onto a belt or front pants pocket. I've been using this same system for about 2 years now and wear it clipped to my right front jeans pocket every day. Have never lost it or had it damaged. Plus it's easy to buckle up in a truck or my personal vehicle. I can't imagine not having it within arms reach 24/7 and I spend very little time talking on the phone. I just appreciate the security of having it and knowing it's not cumbersome and in the way.

Great point! ... Since you prefer the clip I totally understand not wanting something too large hanging off of you or getting in the way when sitting down.

Im the same way as far as my phone goes, I don't go anywhere without it.
