    Now im told from a combo driver that moved from dallas to here that casual rate is 19 an hr. Top out is 24.88 hr. Also takes 3 yrs to top out. He also said because I only worked 2 hrs yesterday that if I work for 1 hr, they pay 4 off top. If I work they pay 6 and so on but then says hes not sure if I applies to casual drivers. He is the shop steward for our terminal. I still gotta see it to believe it.

    Those rates seem a little more real. I do know for full time if they send you home before 8 hours then you get paid for the full day. I've worked 6 hours one day, they had NOTHING else and sent me home. Normally they try to get a full 8 out of you though. However if your not feeling good and ask to go home early they only pay you for what you worked

    Actually that is a Roadway thing. But you are correct as the company isn't the way it is because of the goodness of their hearts, took our fellow employees years of fighting to get that
