Application rejected by Prime

When the Prime recruiter called me and asked about my unemployment, I explained that I'd been laid off from my last job. All she wanted from me was too fax her my unemployment statement and 2 notarized references. I start training next week.

 

Have you been unemployed for awhile when you talk to the recruiter?

 

Depends on what you mean by "a while". I've been unemployed for nearly 8 months now. That's not a really long time, but way too long for me.

 

over a year for me.

 

My husband was unemployed for about 6 months two different times. The recruiter just needed to get 2 references who knew his situation and everything was good. He is currently in Springfield in training. But before he left for training he had been with his job for almost 2 years so he was not unemployed when he applied. Not sure if that makes a difference or not. But I wish everyone the best. I still have not heard from husband today, well since about 2:30 this afternoon and it is now around 7:30pm. So I am sure he is busy busy busy.
