    How would your current employer know the tickets were reduced?
    Shouldn't know anything unless you told them, which you shouldn't have.

    Well, when they asked me if I was issued a ticket from the accident I couldn't lie. So, yes. I told them I got a ticket for inattentive driving. It was later dropped.
