The director of the CDL school I was just in claims that Swift's turnover last year was 120%. Talk about turn & burn!

 

There's no way you'd have to wait long for Maverick. A week at worst as long as you give them a commitment. I drive for their glass division and have been happy. Glass isn't home every weekend, but most flatbed divisions are. Occasionally in January/February if freight's slow, you can miss a weekend home, but most of the year you're golden.
