    Had a 1 pm appointment today and got there at noon , they put me right in the shop and got to work determining that my engine ecm was bad and carrier has discontinued my ecm (2015 model)as well as no longer stocks it ...3 day wait for a new one .
    They did however tell me the only difference between my ecm and the pre 2015 model is the oil and coolant sending units ...so they swapped out the sending units and put a used pre 2015 ecm on it .
    Had a full service done on it too.
    Oil sending unit 68.50
    Coolant temp unit 50.53
    Used ecm 250.00
    PM service 125.00
    3 hours labor 270.00
    Total 764.03.
    They were a little slow on communication and not very social but it runs and cycles the way its supposed to now ...and a whole lot cheaper than going to carrier .
    So yes I would definitely go back again .

    One thing the tech did say tho when he opened up my 11144 hour unit was how clean it is and looks dam near new ...went on to tell me they see units that never get washed out or maintained and are junk by 10k hours .
    This was evident by the engine cores I saw caked in grease and crud going to the scap pile .
    No maintenance at all and run them out of oil.
