Right, that's why I asked. Thanksdriverdriver Thanks this.

The APU starts and shuts down properly. The control panel shows a lightening bolt (on the top right) with the word off in-between it. The blower does not blow. It did when the truck was purchased. When I plugged in the vac, the vac started to run, then shut off. But yes, the APU starts and runs well. But the fan does not blow.

Can't remember the signs all. Lighting bolt is the batt monitor. Hourglass is timer. You might check and see if you have the comfort monitor on. If so I know at times it will not let fan blow at all if within the set temperature range. Check your settings

The truck is in Houston. I'm currently in Albuquerque. So not yet. Soon though. Shouldn't the fuse have caught that? Was the fuse blown?
-
the 20amp fuse was fine, apu still ran, i thought the fuse was for the fan but im no expert, the 35 amp breaker wasnt tripped so it didnt need to b reset, the generator was replaced under warranty. i was told thats why there was no power being supplied. how its wired i dunno, maybe someone else can chime in here as far as the fuse

Wonder what it would cost to replace a generator. Shudder to think. Thanks for the info.
