Was you using the engine block heater extension chord or the hotel power GFI plug in. There is a reset on the GFI, which I'm sure you already tried, a reset on the display and two resets on the firewall of the Apu. With the lid off. (Not the diamond plate) if you look on the back under the fuses follow the firewall down the back of the unit and you'll see two red reset breakers.

I actually have a few more suggestions but try this first. But I doubt your generator is actually bad.

But other signs your generator is "out" but not really. Bad generator capacitor, broken ground, broken positive wire generator needs flashed. I've seen all these. Only had to change generators because bearings were going out and or they were locked up. Also make sure you're link belt is in good condition.

I'll pass it all on to my mechanic. He's not really familiar with APU's. Thanks much.

Not yet. I did pull the cover off last week. I saw what looked like controller box. It was white. Checked the only fuse I saw. I should have looked better for the reset buttons. I didn't see any.

The unit runs great. It's just that the blower under the bunk doesn't run, and the GFI plug does not work.

Yeah 30 amp and 15 are on that fire wall. Just right and down of that controller you mentioned. 20 amp fuse is for the 12v to the board and 15 amp fuse is for overheating issues it runs your radiator fan.
