Afraid your probably looking at an electric pump went bad, i brought up this idea of changing to the strainer, because instead of removing fuel lines and possibility of them being left loose and causing your current issue, you only unscrew the sediment bowl.

so what thermo king thinks is that when the pm was done petro put the oil in from the top cap and if you over fill the reservoir it can get oi l into the valve. so then called petro argument in sued and I told then I can get it fixed and get proof and we go to court because the pm messed up the apu. they decided to pay to fix and put me in a hotel but for me it sucks because I just lost 2000 miles cause of there #### up. it clearly says to poor oil in slowly in the owners manual. also could have a bent rod as well.

I would learn to do this on your own, or go to T/K. I only use T/A Petro for absolute emergency. No one touches my trk. Unless it is my dealer at home. And only then for major internal work. Everything else I do myself. For this very reason your experiencing. But yes the oil gets poured in lower fill plug by injection pump.

Yes, I did remove the original pump. And as an update to this, the Holley died after about six months and I replaced it with a Facet solenoid pump from NAPA. That one was still working when I sold the truck a couple of years ago.
