    This is exactly right. I had a couple cases of it get rejected one time and gave it all away at a truck wash except one of the 6lb blocks that I put in my coooler. Once it thawed out it was a pink slurry with little pieces of meat mixed in it. It looked really yucky but if you squirted some out on a plate and put it in the oven it made the prettiest roast beef you ever saw. Kinda like magic.
