Are sunglasses ppe

Sunlight on snow is brutal. Z87 sounds complicated, safety glasses are just that but most importantly how much UV do they block. UV is brutal on the eyeballs. I've been wearing and giving these away for years:

Any Z87 eyewear will block UV, even a clear pair. You still have to have polarized or tint to get rid of the glare though.

I have wondered if sunglasses actually change you eyes. I used to never wear them, but after I started it seems my eyes got used to them and now I can hardly step outside without a pair on. I also work with guys that never wear sunglasses, but I'll be working right beside them and be blinded if I take mine off. So I do feel your eyes get used to them, but maybe in the long run they will actually save your eyes from cataracts and whatnot.

i definatly know what you mean. i noticed that too, if i dont wear them i feel blinded all the time.
