Im thinking of adding a 15 gallon tank, a 5 gallon tank and sink on mine. 20gallon*8pounds is only 160 pounds. the larger tank would fill the smaller tank and the 5 gallon would have an artic fox collent heater. As long as the motor is on or recently has been on, i'd have 5 gall of hot water to wash my face and maybe even shave. With pumps, tanks etc. i'd be looking at 200 pounds total. As for gray water, you dont need a gray water tank as long as you use biodegradable soap. (and you don't pea in your sink lol) if you did ad a gray water tank it just tank weight added because if the gray is full the storage will be empty. Now if you added a shower, you could use a low flow shower head that used 1 gpm or less. that gives you 20 min of water before refilling. The problem is finding fresh water on the road to refill with.

maybe i'm just tired. but i'm thinking @ the op's question in regards to most starter company trucks..@ some starter companies you'll be lucky to have an apu to keep warm with in the winter and cool in the summer. bigger things to worry @ for now than creature comforts. need to brush your teeth and don't feel like walking in the the ts or rest area? here ya go...

That's still an option. Though I think you lose some storage space if you order it.

True that. My company hauls for solar industries out of Tucson to customers in Albuquerque and that freight weighs in at 1500 lbs on the average and pays near $3 a mile.

I guess all those Southern Pride trucks are pulling those jet engines for $1 a mile What the heck has that got to do with anything that I posted.

Some of you need to learn the meaning OF whats posted, I REFERED TO 2 IDENTICAL LOADS and 1 truck being heavier AND HAVING TO LEAVE FREIGHT BEHIND TO OFFSET THE HEAVIER TRUCK and therefore losing $ compared to the other truck had nothing to do with SOUTHERN PRIDE.
