Are things slow now everywhere?

The work is there, but the line haul is not.....I know it's not their fault (they've kept us rolling when most others are parked), but the money is lower than last year ( an admittedly bad year) ....
But, hey, better 67% of something, than 100% of nothing!!!!!!

 

My place just picked up a schneider contract. So its def not stopping

 

Need to learn so much. The rails do suck. But the $$ is there. I just dont see how id survive locally esp goin to get stuff fixed at mechanic

Boss and I were talking about it the other day, biggest thing, diesel is cheap, OTR companies are taking loads for pennies on the dollar, under cutting the rails to stay busy, and thus, it's hurting the rest of us.
